Hello Everyone,
While I was laying down in bed, I had the urge to stretch, so I lifted my leg up and put my hand on the bottom of my foot. I felt my hamstring pulling. Then I took my leg that my hand was on and moved it in front of the direction of my face. I turned to the other side and did the same thing. Then I lifted my left hand and moved it behind me. I turned to the side and did the same thing to my right hand. After all of this I felt great! I got up and did some pelvis rolls repeatedly. After awhile I had that feeling around my stomach and pelvis like I just did some sit-ups.
